MGame is pleased to announce our 1:1 Customer Service System! Now players can report everything from bugs to player issues/hacks directly to the GMs and developers!

If you have any sort of problem in the game, the 1:1 Customer Service is definitely the way to go! It will be the fastest way to contact us so that we may take action ASAP.

While forums and emails are viable ways of contacting our Customer Service, it may take some time for our team to get to your post/e-mail. The 1:1 system has been specifically designed for fast and easy processing, leading to optimized turn-around time. We ask that you use this system as your first response to any bugs, hacks, and issues.
