Hero Online Plugin : Hero Online Submissions

Here is a link. It is a Hero Online Plugin that lock HP, CHI... etc. I can't install because it say : "winInstaller2.baf is not digitally signed". Ideas? What can I make now?

scans clean but no online scanner is 100%

I don't understand why the setup program would need to modify the registry of all the popular internet browsers.







Oh, and judging by the time stamp, the website "superhero.awardspace.com" lies about it's update and notice dates.



I'm not completely sure, but I tested the setup.exe on my off-line crash-test laptop, and so far all I get is a signature error.
