Dont Ban him warn him,
Then if he does anything like this again , I'd say 1 month ban and if he wants to come back let him, unless he does stuff again

Heres a few things.

_maeve_ <--- nickname
Script Kiddy <--- rank of a total noob, meaning should read the rules before making legit posts

Regular Member <--- no pay, no goodies.
Joined: 13 Jan 2006 <--- post was made on March 18th. 5 days in between. I predict he has been scouting/waiting for a hack in public boards. Nothing showed up.
Posts: 1 <--- and heres his first post. An inactive noob, making his first and last request for one of the goodies. While in actuallity if he had something legit to submit, he might as well would post into the submission forum and/or would have asked for more details before he submitted something.

Conclusion: Noob, ban :)
