character disappearances : KO Discussion

i need info pls. i just started playin kol and have made a total of 3 different characters... all which i lvled to over twenty and all of which disappeared. everytime i logged off my character and then tried to log on again, my account would be accessible. however, after choosing the server i would want to play on, i would be immediately brought to the choose either morad or karu screen. can anyone tell me if i am doing anything wrong? do i have to choose the same server everytime i enter or do i need to have at least bronze prem to have my characters not deleted. any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

The characters that you have on one server won't transfer to another server. If you create a character on one server, just stay on that server and level them up.
