is there a quest to get a mirage dagger?

Yes, lv46 High Class Weapon Quest will give u:

Mirage Dagger +3 or IronCrossBow +3

To do the quest go Roan Camp, hunt 30 Burning Skeleton.

hehe thanks i just did it....i upgraded it to a +5 and got my other +1 and turned it to a +3

in ELM MORAD; DOda camp, and hunt 20 burning skeletons...
