Intentional Lag : KO Discussion

I can be in large melees or filled town with little lag but constantly a lurer bring monster in and Im lag locked ( though monster is easily destroyable ) . After 30 seconds of lag , I have died .

Every indication is that it is intential as to when it happens and circumstances for those involved . ( ksers and spawn stealers )

How can one protect there lvl 60 characters from lag attacks ?????
