Yes captains drop them i have got 4 on cypher and 2 on xia this way.

They will drop 1 per 6-8 hours on average, but depends on how many are farming in that spot.

The reason the market dont over flood with rings is cos you can upgrade them, but need 3 to do this so a lot get burnt

Ok..ALL kecoons drop kekuri rings..I have gotten rings from all types of kecoons.Some just drop quicker than others.As i have gotten over 10 rings so far in 2 weeks i have tested ans it is true..

YOu can upgrade em, but good luck and its costly. You need 3 of the exact same kekuri ring and the scroll and hope you don't burn all 3 to make 1 +2 ring. If you have 3 of em just sellem make the coins and move on a purchase something that will help you out.
