Need Help!!!

because you dont put it on a shortcut key, you put it in the anvil with the BUS

But the power store state that it should be put on short cut key use it same as the skill.

Just gently shove it in the anvil

if u just recently got it, you should wait 24hours, then it might be activated to work. Hope that helps
