Bypassing the 80% non-premium capacity cap : KO Submissions

I was trying to get into Ares 1, and I got the message telling me it was premium only at the time. I decided I'de goto server 2, instead, because it was probably more empty.
I load up the character select screen, and my friend tells me hes already playing on server 1 (had been for a while). I thought I'de try my luck at getting into server 1 again, so I press back and it connects to server 1 first try.

I think maybe I was lucky, but next time I try to get into Ares 1, it gives me the same message, so I goto server 2, go back and get into server 1 again right away.

Maybe its a coincidence, but it worked for a friend too, so give it a go.

So, thats if you try to connect to server 1, get the capacity cap, goto server 2 (or 3, i assume?) then go back and select server 1, bingo no problem.

Could also be that by the time you it took you to go from 1 to 2 then back to 1 again that ppl had left enough so that you could join. Granted that is just a possibility and could also be a coincidence.
