PG Setup : KO Submissions

Nice PG setup that works for MYKO.

For USKO
ACTools needs all boxes checked, don't leave out the last one
There are 3 different exe's that deal with procguard, check all boxes for all 3 of them

Edit: Now you have to set up for MYKO set up same as USKO since the new patch to "block" macroing
