What lvl do cleric get REZ : KO Guide Discussion

I ahve a lvl 28 Cleric and I am going all out on Holy Spirit. At what lvl do I get Rez? and what is it called? How do I use the Spell reverse life I have it but it appears to do nothing. I wish they would fix the descriptions of spells when they do updates.
