Account Problem : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

Hello,

I can login into my account fine and have just upgraded it to premium access. However, each time I click on something, I am taken to the login page again and have to reenter my user name and password. This is extermely time consuming and does not seem normal. Please help.

Hmm have you tried clearing your cache? Where are you trying to log into? Firefox or IE? Either way also clear temporary internet files and your cookies. Something is staying in your browser that shouldnt.
