can't get scripting window to come up : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

It said in troubleshooting:

- Make sure you don't have Fraps running.
- Make sure you have hardware mouse cursor enabled.
- Read through all the documentation above and make sure you've followed it.

I done it all.

In the manual it says "just move mouse to bottom of screen and window will come up"

Well, I done all that and I still can't see any scripting window. So far since I became member nothing worked for me T_T. Anyways I hope at least I can get this one working. Thx

EDIT: Upon restarting everything worked. Wierd
