i tried reading the rules link but there was no response-it said the page didnt exist. so can someone please explain this:

i am a free user. i went on the guildwars part of the site. i clicked on a link and it said i needed "specail access". im pretty sure you dont need premium access to read the things there, but can someone explain why i cant read anything?

as a regular member you have access to any game general, and guide discussion and can post new topics in submissions. other than the general forum which you posted this in everything else is locked to you unless you have a premium account
