K Im collecting for abrig helm, Now I got one hemp already cause I got it from drop but I bought 20 stems and Im tryin to get this npc blacksmith to take 4 hemps from 20 stems at 5 stems per hemp, so I click the create braided hemp option, says needs 5 stems, then it says "fee"one recipe braided hemp - 100 adena, then it says create at bottom, I hit create and says not enuf supplies.. I have the stems, do i need the recipe? I thought when it says fee that it charges me for it not that i need it?

nope, u need recipe, and then he charges you 100 adena to do it for you. it's crafting for ppl other than dwarves i THINK... haha i may be wrong??
