Enchanting : Lineage 2 General Discussions

Can anyone explain how it works?

So far I know its like +1 +2 +3 +4 to a weapon, what does it do, add to pattck or what?

How do you do it? A weapon scroll? is that like a recipe or what, do you need a dwarf to enchant for you or what...

any info would be gr8 thx

Example.

You have a Gastra bow - it's a D-Grade item.

You need an Enchantment D-Grade Weapon Scroll to get it to +1. Basically it adds more of a "punch" to your weapon...it's pretty noticeable, but definitely more if you use more Weapon Scrolls. Same goes for Armor Scrolls as well.

Good example but i've got a str long bow lol, its the next step up, ok so it says weapon scroll, not a recipe? and you dont need a dwarf for it? nice. Im talking to a silver ranger whos 42 on lionna and said hes got +4 and I think he meant it shoots a soulshot liek everytime it hits so hard

They aren't recipes, but I believe there may be recipes for those?

LvL 30+ mobs seem to drop these alot and they are good loot to sell!


I'd recommend to save until you get a Gastra Bow before using a d-grade weapon scroll...

I wish they'd modify the look of the Gastra...it's the same as the streng bow as the hunting bow, it's a good way to conjure a noob thinking you have a crap bow, then owning the crap out of him!

eh i'd rather use it on my str long bow, its got high patk even tho its 7x soulshot lol (gddmn)

Yea but it shoots slower too, along with the fact that 3 more SS's will seriously hurt you in the long run rather than help you.

I just enjoy Gastra more...

EDIT - was just told they're all same shootin speed

They probably don't notice the difference between slow and normal, because by the time they can use the slow speed bows they have increased attack speed

there is no such thing as a speed difference among same weapon types...


oh, and str long bow will be much better in C1 if you would care to hold ur bow that long

is an enchant permanent ?? that would be cool or is it just a time limit type thing

Enchant is permanent, and without risk to +3. After +3, you stand a chance of crystallizing your weapon, and you are left with crystals the grade of your weapon instead of your weapon.

Why would it be better to hold till C1? My friend got gastra +4, what are the chances of crystalizing? I think I'd take a chance to get +4 on my bow too.

Just saw d grade ench wep for 130k, is that too much?

Do enchanted weapons sell for more, or the same?
