No it will not, I played in the Chronicle 1 test server and its the same.

Just buy C and D grade crystals from PC Dwarfs and use the crystals to get the C grade equipment.

The Luxury shop is located near the North Entrance of Giran. The first store to the right.

There are a couple C Grade Weapons that can be bought without the need of C or D crystals i believe. Chack the Giran weapons shop. To my knowledge there doesn't seem to be many/any C Grade armors being sold for adena in shops.

balls to buying it, go farm in the graveyard east of Aden. Everything drops grade C/B gear there. I got me a nice set of composite boots last night

I'm a 36 Knight, went off with a full clan group. Mobs are 55 - 60.

Buying w/ crystals is cheaper than buying from players 99% of the time. Comp armor almost always sells for 2.2 million from players and I bought it at the luxury shop with 2.1m of crystals.
