Kamui ? Decryption tool ? : Lineage 2 General Discussions

Whats the decryption tool you speak of and where can i get it ? Will it decrypt any of the L2 packages into unrealScript ? If so im experienced with the Unreal engine and would be interested in playing with this ;D
