L2 - Alyra's Question: Clan Recruitment : Lineage 2 General Discussions

Hello everyone! This morning, Alyra posed a question to the community at large. We reproduce it here on the Vault, in hope that you'll follow the link and give her an answer.

Hi everyone, happy Friday!

For the past few weeks, I've been exploring some ideas to make it easier for players to find clans on their respective server, and also for clans to get the word out that they're recruiting. I'm hoping, as I'm sure you are, that CT1 will bring new players. I want to make it as easy as possible for those new players to find clans among you all.

I'd like to hear from all of you. How does your clan recruit? How did you find your clan? What would you suggest to make finding a clan, or new clan members easier? As a member of a clan, what methods do you use to recruit new members: official forum/other forums, clan website, in-game in major cities, etc. Please keep new players in mind when offering your suggestions and ideas.
