Need help on lvl 39 pantom ranger quest : Lineage 2 General Discussions

I just started it so i need to find NPC sir Arom Tanford in Southern entrance of Wastelands area, i spent an hour and could not locate him can someone give me exact location or /loc or even map cross section, i am getting really frustrated with looking for him

Any Input is greatly appriciated
