PW or SR for PvP? : Lineage 2 General Discussions

Yea...I just hit lv 40 a bit ago. I need to decide which class I'm going for. I've read tons of article on this subject on the l2orphus forums but haven't found anything helpful. I'm interested in pvping a lot, arena and group. As for exping, I really don't mind grouping or soloing...though sometimes having friends is nice...lol.

SR:

I guess the main thing SR has is its range. Recently I've actually been hearinh how SRs start to suck at high levels and know quite a few people who have rerolled.

PW:

Well, I'm a lv 40 elf so I don't rlly feel like rerolling a th. Also, from what I hear PW gets nasty at lv 55+. Uhm...so they're fast attacking, crit often, do decent special dmg...but they have short range....

For pvp, which is better and why? I'd perfer if people who actually play a lv 40 SR or PW would respond....and people who got owned by one of them, lol.

PW. from experience all i can say is i hate facing PW's but ill take a SR on anyday, I'm a PR.

you should be a SR, because my orc can own SR better than PW

SR is the way to go. I got a friend who is a PW and when he hit 45 he rerolled his char cos it was so gimp.
