Which would win, and why?

in pvp, Phantom Ranger.
why? cause they hit a lot harder.

40-60 dmg more but they crit alot more often too.

i thought elf has higher crit

yeah i thought elves had higher crit rate but pr has higher crit dmg.

yeah it is very close but you have to remember that lvl for lvl it is gonna be a realy close fight... real close it is gonna come down to equipment and luck..

SR can run away if hes loosing wich PR cant do

well ill tell you how to run away from a sr if your 1v1ing purple style, either carry greater heal pots(+normal haste) and spam pots will give you plenty of time to run away and turn White.
