how can i have 10 symbols to make a tatto
i can have only 3 symbols

You need 10 dyes to make one tattoo. You can have up to three tattoos (symbols). Correct me if I'm wrong, but the maximum bonus is +5 per attribute, so if you wanted +5 CON -5 STR, you would need x10 +4 CON -5 STR dyes and x10 +1 CON -1 STR dyes to obtain this goal.

You visit an NPC in Giran I believe to get your tattoos/symbols placed (for an adena cost!!!)

Please note - this is how the public servers do it. I am not sure about private servers as they may vary.
