if you buy from ebay is there anyway to garuntee you actually get the adena?

No gaurantee just check his feedback and dont leave feedback until you get adena. order small amount first and if all goes well buy more

doesnt paypal have safegaurds so you can basically take your own money back if its fraudulent

I beleive theyre warranty only covers physical property. Its risky and paypal will not help you much so just buy a small amount 1st.

im sure noone on ebay is scamming people for Money by falsely selling Adena, maybe ONE or perhaps two. but the majority are people who have exploited the game and have the adena.

There is no cover from paypal for buying such intangible product. The only safest way is to check seller's feedback.
