Ok, here we are.

It's quite simple, u must download the l2j server v0.2, i have uploaded it here : http://users.skynet.be/l2/l2j-dist-0.1.zip

Now u must download the Java Tools 1.4 here :

https://jsecom15b.sun.com/ECom/EComActi ... 2af48319a1

Sorry for layout.

Now u start the extractdata.bat, it will ask you your Lineage directory, u can make a backup but it's not necessary.

Now, edit the server.cfg with notepad and put your ip in the Login and Gameserver.

Make a backup of your l2.ini and open updateini.bat

Put your ip when it asks u, and your Lineage or Lineage Backup folder.

copy the l2.ini in your System\ folder and upload it.

Start the server with startserver.bat

Post the .ini on a forum, when they'll log, they will log on your server, and u can start Lineage to scam all them stuff :)

That's all i think, thanks for reply :)

ok basicly when they try to open L2 and then they put there account name and password in and press ok... instead of sending the info to the L2 login server it sends it to your computer (this is why you change the ip address to yours) and rights it in a log that posts on your computer... and then you simply use there account info to login to there account and strip them clean... there is nothing that they can do... because by modifing there .ini they violate the ToS with NCsoft... so basicly you get all there !@#$%^&* and the GMs are gonna say sorry to the person if the petition for hacking

L2.ini was for unlimited zoom.

And yes we have all the hacks.

g3n7 has it right
Setup a private l2 server.
Create a L2.ini file to connect to the server.
Publicly post the L2.ini claiming it is a distance hack.
Anyone dumb enough to use it will try to login to your server and supply you with their user/pass. If they are not smart enough to realize this you can login to a real server and strip them clean.

It is well known.. If I remember right it was posted about a month and a half ago when a member fell for the scam.

hmm, if they open up the L2.ini file though, they can get your ip addy then?? cuz that would be BAD news if they posted it out on the forums and said you hacked them... bye bye computer :(

that is why you should use an ISP that uses a Dynamic Ip address so that it will change.. and plus hopefully by now you all use routers and or firewalls.. come on now.. a router is vertualy impassable to the average "HaXorz"

first of all i am not talking about Zone Alarm or the WinXP firewall i am talking about a real firewall the ones where you dont just click i want to allow this connection or get msgs where you think you are being attacked by someone and call your ISP (someone like me in Internet Tech Support) and say i am being attacked by <insert IP addy here> and when you do a WhoIs it ends up that it is there DNS server... i am talking about a firewall you have to configure one that is stock totally locked out and you have to forward ports... or !@#$%^&* it just use a good router...
