i would have to say nay, sirus right when you started working here as an admin and writting the original macro with ninji kamui released the same thing and told every one how to do it as well. As far as i know this has been public knowledge for sometime now.

epsilon that was jsut a silly reponse.. i say Yay!..to say as far as you know if may have been public for awhile is dumb. everything MAY have been public for awhile but until we know it, its new to us. thats what we are lookign for things that are new to us that work.

I origintated this idea a while back. couple months now back in beta.

Be it his findings are common knowledge, he did dig and figure them out himself it would seem. Someone thinking outside the box is what brings in the exploits.

I think if you can get the overflow thing working then yes, changing client side stuff eh... dunno on that one. No vote as of yet.

alright, i'll give a little more information about the NPC overflow. this is basically a spinoff of the private shop exploit where the variable overflows and resets around 4.3 billion adena. now, if you buy normal weapons you can't reach that number due to the weight restriction however i thought of using weightless items like soul shots.

when i first tested soulshots, buying at 8 adena each and being allowed only 10k at a time even with the macro i made it would take roughly 12 hours of running to hit 4.3 bill. This of course took too long due to what i think is a NPC timer that doesn't let you puchase from a window open longer than say 5 minutes(not sure of the exact time).

to counter that obstacle, i had to use another weightless item and i redid my macro to be more efficient and not skip some imputs due to it running so fast. as a result i could hit the 4.3 billion mark in about 1 minute. I would carefully make the adena under 10 adena and try to purchase.

what would happen was the window would just close, no text to say why the items weren't purchased. I hypothesize that either the crystals i was buying can't bought in such quantities (500 mil of them or so and instead need to buy only ss) or maybe the game just doesn't allow those quanties.

I feel that i hit a dead end here, but it seems promising if someone could figure out what exactly is holding back the purchase so that we could figure a way around it.

Also, I'm sorry for those that thought my original post wasn't good enough. However, i have alot of promising ideas and creativity-- i am simply looking for more people who share my search for exploits that i could work with. i want to help find exploits which in turn, help you. it's cocky of me to say this but deny me and in the end, its your community's loss.

That overflow topic has been beatin on the point of no tommorow. Perhaps it will be a new method when C1 comes out but doubtfull.

As far as membership goes I have submitted many many tips and tricks and pathing exploits, and I also paid for my subscription to the old tault site. Now even with my additions and figuring out the way to target mobs I will have to pay yet again to get the Xunleashed. Unfortunatly no cash mean no premo acess for me.

Keep searching for good stuff eventually you may find somthing worth acess.

I say yes, if you play with this kind of stuff enough you find bugs in the system and this leads to Tault evolution. I will forward this to the mod section unless somone can give me a good explaination on how this is not helpful...
