Here is another light hack for everyone to enjoy. As always the disclaimer.

-=**Please Note**=-
1. In no way do I take responsibility for what you do to your system.
2. All the files here in are virus free and work on my system.
3. As with any game file modification back up your original file before overwriting it with a modded/hacked copy!
4. The INI files that I have included are ONLY for the NAOB. They will not work with any other client. Decrypt them to see how this is done if you would like to mod your non-NAOB copy of L2.

What this does.
Have you ever wanted to know just what level a mob was before jumping into combat with it? Or have you ever been traveling though new lands only to find out that the cute fluffy animal that looks so sweet and innocent is kos. And now its chasing you down the road trying to remove your head from your body?

If you can say yes to any of these or fear that this could happen to you in the future then this hack is for you!

With this hack you will be able to see the exact level of any mob in the game. But not only that you will also be able to see which mobs are aggressive and which are not. The level of the mob will follow its name and if the mob is aggressive following the level there will be an asterisk (*).

Non-aggressive mobs will look like this after the hack :

Code: Select all

Stone Guardian [16]
Aggressive mobs will look like this after the hack :

Code: Select all

Jumper [16]*
Neutral mobs will look like this after the hack :

Code: Select all

Blood Fairy -n
Sound good right, how do I do it? Well save the file at the link below. Extract it from the rar archive and then copy the included npcname_e.txt over the one in your Lineage 2 system directory. After that you are good to play!

Note : This file is almost 200kb and could take some time to transfer if you have a slow internet connection.

This has been around for awhile, but I dont think is that usefull...
However, what would be more usefull than anything is if someone could tell me the character between 2 words of a monsters name, so my macro could detect names with spaces in it....

Does anyone know of any similar .ini files that work with the retail client?
