How to use with Vista? : LOTROExtreme

Can you please show me how to set it up using windows vista.
says cannot copy the file ScrptDbg.inf when i try to download the script debugger. and it says i already have .net 2.0 i just bought this computer im used to windows XP

when you gonna install the program, you right click on the icon, and press properties -> Ant then its one of the fanes, that i dont remember the name on in english but there you should be able to choose to run it in Windows XP mode. Do the same thing when its installed, just with the icon you start the program with
