Any recommendations? : Maple Story - Discussion

I'm going to start and eventually make a Aran, but I'm reading up on Maplestory and it's saying that warriors are the fastest killing and such so for a first character should I make a warrior? Eventually I want to make a Aran because they can solo the end boss
