Bypassing maplestory at school : Maple Story - Submissions

If you guys have been blocked by a firewall that you cannot change (ie - school, hotel, public place) and want to play MS then follow these instructions:

Your hope of getting this if by getting it from someone who you know who has it or by getting it on torrent / P2P / IRC / etc.

i fail to see the instructions. i just see a what to get guide in essence.
