Friend and I are in the beta and we both love the game, can't wait till it comes out. It's still in closed beta but you can signup at www.cabalonline.com for free and still get in. They add 150 ppl per day. Took me about 4 days to get accepted.

Cap of lvl 50 on beta, but in Korea where it is out, cap is 150. There are training dummies in the game that people use simple loop bots to raise skills. It seems in korea it is common practice to charge per hour and they encourage afk gaming so either the isp or the game makers keep making money.

Yea they banned all NON-Euro IPs. It's due to a contract that gamemasters was only licensed for euro nations.

Good news is that this is easily bypassed through tunneling or using a euro proxy to bounce off of.

To bounce of proxy you can follow this:

To tunnel you can follow this:

It's a very good game, too bad they had to do this. Open Beta will have the same restrictions and unless somebody can get a license for NA or a global license then this game will sadly fall by the wasteside.

Nope not yet. 21st starts Euro open beta. But ALL NON-EURO IP's are banned.

24th starts closed beta for everybody else here:
http://www.gamengame.com/en/gametour/ga ... e_genre=01

Just keep in mind that business partners and game investors and such will be chosen first to participate in closed beta. Then others will be selected.

Closed beta is expected to last 2 months... :?

Open Beta is out for Euro only. Unsure if that qualifies for it's own section yet.

Cabal now uses Gameguard FYI.

Only way for non-euro to play open beta is posted above on setting up a proxy. There is no other way. Closed beta for US started today. But as it's a korean company, english is broken and its very vague on just how you go about signing up. Not to mention the site was down all day today

Well I think it's a great game, and deserves some attention. Alot of people may not notice these korean games. And you give this game a day and you may notice its alot of fun and VERY nice to look at.

The combos and look of the skills are very cool and doesn't die out fast like some. Also you level fast, it's a great for a casual gamer w/o alot of time. You don't need a party, you can play most the game solo and still get all the cool stuff the game has to offer.

I averaged 8-10 levels a day, and thats pretty much only doin quests up until lvl 50. Since it's such a different style of gameplay thats addicting in my eyes (and all my buddies who played with me), it may deserve it's own section.

50 for closed beta, 75 for open beta, 150 for full game.

One thing I like about the game that is not typical is that mp/hp potions are common. They are needed to survive. So you don't even have to watch your MP, an mp potion gets consumed automatically when it reaches 0. You only have to watch your HP bar and combo bar. So there really is no down time when killing mobs and having to rest (non-stop action). Doing combos increases the amount of xp gained and allows for faster use of skills.
