Rift Cheat For Double Casting AOEs : Rift - Submissions

This hasnt been tested but its basically a way for players to double cast in the game an AOE effect

As a warlock, I've been able to 'exploit' the ticks of my AoE to do insane amounts of multi-target, and single target DPS. By casting another AoE right after a tick, you can basically get two ticks instantly, and do a ton of damage. Here's how it goes (time of the ticks might be off, but the time isn't very important, so much as the concept)

0.0 seconds: Cast Devouring Shadows, instant tick
1.0 seconds: Second tick
2.0 seconds Third tick, as soon as this tick goes off you recast devouring shadows, giving you an instant fourth tick

That's about 800 damage in 2 seconds at my level, excluding crits. This, with my dots on the target, far out paces the damage of my void bolt, and honestly feels a little broken. It's mana intensive, but as a warlock, mana is never a problem.

Not sure I follow this one... are you setting up a macro to run these?

Well i think this is with in game macros. IE you create a macro like that and you can hotkey it just one key in game.
