No there shouldnt be a general shot needed, it just has those PNGs for stashing purposes, and picking up gems. It should just detect the blue/gold from the items letters and pick it up. are you running x64?, if so, try putting the DLLs in both C:\windows\system32 AND C:\windows\SysWOW64\
