I know on my server, Kaineng, people have trouble completing Balthazar due to the final boss. There is a NPC south of rally way point near the risen giant, Tactician Listracia I believe, that has a pact weapon that the #5 ability calls down an air strike that does multiple hits of 7k -20k damage. This is a fast way to do a lot of damage to the boss. The event for the giant has to be going on so DO NOT kill the giant. If you kill the giant you can purchase another weapon with karma but it sucks. Just a little info our guild found. Hope it helps!
