Infinite "Dignity" Personality Points : Guild Wars 2 Exploits

I know there are plenty of these available --
Maybe we should start a thread for each of the three traits and where you can get infinite of each?

Anyways -

As a Charr, doing 'A Spy for a Spy' (lvl 4-6 quest)
Before deciding which mission to fight for, you can talk with Fengar Cruelmane and gain an infinite amount of Dignity, ultimately earning the "Noble" title (and benefits to soon follow).
