One-Shot Risen Priest of Balthazar with Necro Plague Signet : Guild Wars 2 Exploits

1) As a necromancer, equip Plague Signet.
2) Wait until you have the one-shot condition.
3) Transfer the condition to Balthazar using Plague Signet.
4) Announce to your remaining attack party that Balthazar is vulnerable. (go nuts to get attacks in)
