As long as the 6 pillars are there, the chest will be too!

Lunaris Temple Level 2 is a better farm spot, if you're just intending to tell us where a large chest spawns.

• Convenient waypoint.
• Large chest (randomly spawns)
• Unique boss: Kole (always spawns, sometimes in the next room from the waypoint)

You can repeatedly CTRL-click its location to create a new instance, which gives you another Kole to defeat and possibly another chest.

Per GM in-game chat, it's noteworthy that your EXP and loot will be nerfed if you're more than -/+ 3 levels of the area you're farming.
