playa91 - You joined when we where trying to do a big site update sorry about the delay we found the problem and fixed it. You have been compensated with a free 3 weeks of access.

I signed up and paid for a premium membership on December 28th 2010. It has been 2 months and I still have not received the premium membership I paid for. I posted several messages on this forum as well as sent several PM's to Tault_admin. I have not received any responses back even after it showed that my PM's were read by Tault_admin.
I would like to receive the one full year of premium access that I paid for.
Since I was unable to post or send PM's on the account I paid for the premium access on, I created a 2nd account that i used to post on these forums in Decemberr and January. But since the site has come back online after it was hacked I am no longer able to access the 2nd account I used for correspondence so I made this third account to try and reach you guys once again to get this issue solved.
I also noticed that my posts along with other posts past a specific date do not show up on this forum anymore.
I will once again send the admins of this site a PM and hope that after 3 months of waiting for access I will finally get a response from you guys and get this issue fixed.

It's been seven more days, I see Tault_Admin has read my message, why hasn't my account been fixed or my money refunded? It's over a month past the time your website says it takes to refund money total it's been 2 months! I have paid you and not received any product nor any communication back. Does it really have to come to contacting the authorities to get my money back or a response from this website? What horrible customer service.

You sure on that one sky427? Because your account has no records of joining the site. Did you have it under a different user name?

my payment history shows valid from 12/04/2010 to 12/04/2011 but I can't access premium content.
did I miss something?
