X Unleashed Not working at all. : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

I just tried logging into Xunleashed and it keeps tryin to authenticate user then disconnecting. Is there a problem with the server????

Over the last month certain aspects of this service have been getting worse and worse. I try to download scripts and the ones downloaded or not even the ones stated, I am now have problems logging in that I never had before (It worked fine last night), many many people are complaining about the program not working at all for them, and through this whole thing there is NO communication as to whats going on. I work in the service industry and if I saw my employees acting any way like this they would be on notice or even fired. Its applorable that anyone would pay for a service and get such customer support. Please correct this or I will have to find other services that meet my needs.

Any response or even a posting on the main page "Server is Down, No ETA until Fix." would be greatly appreciated.
