Help, I was downgraded to basic : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

Hello Taunt. I paid 24.95 on 9/8/05 for a premium account 1 year membership. Then on 9/12/05 I cancelled it just so i wouldnt get stuck paying a recurring membership next year. Now my account has been downgraded to basic. SHouldnt i be a premium member for a year?
