Problems retrieving Registration code : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

Hello, i joined premium about 5 months or so ago but then stopped playing ffxi, i decided to get it again but the only thing is i forgot my registration code for xunleashed and had unfortunately uninstalled the program. Is there a way somone could retrieve it if i gave them my username or email or something. My username is guntherslinger and email is Register to unlock hidden link. Please help, thank you very much.
