Can't get Extream 4.0 to work now that I have a new computer : General & Trouble Shooting

I built a new puter, copied entire folder over of XUnleashed and tried to run it (none of the scripts would work mouse,pixel none of them) tried installing fresh and putting EQ2service in the correct place then run it still a no go..

Anyone tell me please what I am doing wrong? I would have thought just making an exact copy and placing it in same drive would have done the job...

3.2 works fine though oddly enough...... Same folder copied over and everything..... /boggle
