4 Yays and No Premium : General & Trouble Shooting

In one of my submissions i got 4 yays yesterday and i still don't have any Premium, is it that no one has noticed that i have the yays yet or what?

lol, thank you for the premium btw =), I read that you have to read "EVERY" post a day, is that like everything that is written in a post or just scim through them?
