yep. Your probably going to have to wait until Tault_admin logs in again (sometime tomorrow) and sees the pm/sees this topic and fixes it manually.

If there is no active admin support and you charge people money then you need to make sure that the system works and doesn't have to be fixed manually everytime someone subscribes. I apologize for being rude but this is ridiculous.

Indeed it is, I PM'd admin and he couldn't figure out his messages even though I've done everything he asked me to do in order to grant premium for which I rightly PAID for in full.. it's been 7 days now. Ridiculous.

Tault_admin or just admin? They are different people.

the account Admin only comes on once in a blue moon (last real blue moon was actually last june) while the account Tault_admin is the active administrator.
