FFXI password recovery : General & Trouble Shooting

I can't get into my playonline account and I think I got hacked by somebody. It says invalid playonline ID or playonline password and I have my book with my ID and password in it but it gives me the same message. If anybody can help me with my problem it would be greatly appreciated!!

i called the place and they asked me for my cc info and i have all other info but they said i need my cc. is there anyway u culd get into the account or sum1 u know? I don't wanna be paying for it if i can't get into it
