Paid for Premium, still waiting. : General & Trouble Shooting

Payment completed, sent PM. Been several hours still basic member.

Would appreciate it if this is fixed soon.

I understand others have had this problem and it gets resolved but Admin has been Online since I made the purchase, completed it, sent PM and still no word from anyone.

Hope I don't have to ask for a refund. I've used this site before with no problems.

Support is a tad slow on weekends. But weekdays you are fine. Anyways checking your account now give me a few minutes to figure out what happened. It shows you attempted to pay but it didnt complete. Right now im checking to see if you did an echeck, then making sure you where under the right account name, then checking to see if you tried to join under the wrong time. If paypal shows it went thru we will give you temp premium while we trace it so your account wont have problems in the future

Fixed ya. It looked like the systems anti spam kicked in. Looks to be either you clicked or the system thought you tried to do the premium membership multiple times. So it locked your account. Its fixed and you wont have any other problems enjoy, and sorry for the delay, but all work and no sleep makes the TU staff go crazy ha.

Still need access to MMOViper. Waiting 2 days now to finish this order. I've followed your rules, Sent you 3 PMs with the info.
