Where is my free MMOViper account? : General & Trouble Shooting

Greetings.

It's been 3 days since I registered in TU for a premium account, and still have not yet received my free MMOViper account as promised. I already did everything as instructed, but have not yet received a reply from an admin. I'll try to wait for an entire week max for this.
