Flickering : General & Trouble Shooting

Freezing again.

look, listen to me:
you have to format first, move all your file to another partition so as not to lose them. Didn't work? Move to plan B, which is to buy a new RAM (the ram sometimes effects by freezing the pc, when there is low memory)

What would that do if my files are on a different partition?
And how do I move my files to a different partition?

just make sure that your files aren't in the same partition of your windows folder, that's what i meant.

So move whatever I want besides C:\Windows to a different partition? And I was asking exactly how do I move my files to a different partition and how the format proccess goes =D

All of my documents and games and stuff are on local disk. DELLUTILITY I guess has everything else?

Crap police come back. I can't see anything the monitor's all black aggh. Need to format now, maybe I can grope around and hopefully get in safe mode. If i format won't I need to use all the windows installation disks? Cuz I don't have those. If i get this solved i'll give whoever helps the most a big sum of bucks.

Nevermind that was the cables, but I fixed that, still want to format and need help with that.
