Newly released after the "short" 2-hour update. It has the positioning tool (teleports you around using X,Y,Z), the NPC tool (tells you the ID of NPC's in the area) and the PC tool (tells you the ID of PC's in the area). Of it also includes MrArgus as well . These are Horane's tools and I take no credit for making or finding them. Fairly easy to pick up on google.
