I Love the XP + bands does anyone else.
Some info on them.
2 types
go to any NPC at the gate that cast Signet
go to Common items.
Please get the Empress band since its better.
It cost 1k points to get it then 100 to recharge or after 7k xp.
So in the long run you are getiing 7k for 100 CP very good deal.
How to use
Equip band let it charge. Cast and then you can take it off and equip what you need. Again they are very very useful little items.
